5800 contact retailer - GSM-Forum

My nokia 5800 problem is contact retailer start up fail!when i'm check is invalid sim lock date!After i'm write pm,and then check SD and calculate SD,finally sim lock maintenance sim lock repair!!!the sim lock data everything is done!now my 5800 when come out nokia logo will auto off and restart!but going local mode is ok!why become like this?UB team!i'm already lost 50 credit!my nickname is pebble!pls help me check it!

what is condition of phone, still contact retailer?

bro just do pm auth then write 1 and 309pm section and do factory default all will be fine.

Why can't write 308 after pm auth, from pm backup?

1-read full backup of your phone (rpl and all certificates).
2-write full pm "without" superdongle maintenance PM auth.(ignore any warning)
3-restore certificates.
4-write pm field(1 and 309) "with" superdongle maintenance PM auth.
