6230 flash error - GSM-Forum

hi my 6230 was working but i wanted to flash it to delete all the files so i did and my universal box erases flash then says failed to turn on phone i try and turn it on manually still no luck no the phone is complete dead it is a rh-12 can some please help me this thanks alot
