I tried to write PM backup, but that made no difference.

Then i tried Simlock repair button, but result is even IMEI is corrupted:

I have no other backups then the ones that are made automatically:

Sorry man, but UB is VERY POOR for BB5 unlock at the moment, and as per expected, you get no response from coder either!

If You have damaged imei and you don't have RPL backup the only one thing you can do is ask>rpl calculation.

But UB took backup when i clicked simlock repair - which damaged imei - are you sure it's not possible to just restore that backup to fix it? see above for filename.

I repeat again: If You have damaged imei and you don't have CRT (RPL) backup you have to do ask>rpl to restore IMEI... There is no other way to do it... U can't take CRT data from other fone, you can't restore imei using PM backup. Even full one :/

For the future - remember to do full PM and CRT backup before You do anything with the phone - i damaged one phone, cause i didn't do backup, paid like 2,5 times more than customer paid me for unlocking and from this time i'm always making backup. Spent more time for unlocking but it's completely safe ;] Even if something goes wrong I can restore the phone to previous state.

For UB Team - i think is better to include in UR software automatic RPL backup as well during BB5 unlocking, because if there is any bug in the program You probably loose customers who didn't do backup. They will blame You for what happen.

But i already mentioned, it did take backup before it damaged the imei... The file was called: 1CC00105CCA200545E96EF3015FF5071CAEC881D.BACKUP
But i don't know what that is, or how to restore it...

And if i buy RPL, will that fix lockinfo also, so that i can use other tool to unlock it?

I managed to fix the SIMlock and contact service... But the IMEI is still damaged

This is very frustrating since in 10 hours i'm going away for 3 weeks and i can't find anywhere to get RPL guaranteed that fast on a sunday.
