After update UB not opening - GSM-Forum

UB TEAM,
I need help, i have activated all activation on my UB, now after latest update when i run UB software it show the folwing error....................

TRemoveAlgosThread 2.8.4.2498 finished at: 2009/12/06 23:21:26
Terminated with error: No device opened [00000001]
MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date.
Device open failed at USB->Universal Box [UBSL3MLE]

i try to Reapair it whith 12v adapter but it show same error every time.I perchaze that box in 2007, now my resaler not ansering me any more.kindly tell me what to do.............??????
