plz tell me when i download usb driver for n 91 for flashing with universal box when i try to flash n91 or other bb5 model nothing happen plzzzzzzzzzzz helppppppppppp

Go to Nokia website , download and install NSU - Nokia Software Updater - and you'll get working driver .

already drivers have in UNIVERSAL BOX Folder (C:Uni )
or next way to get drivers go to nokia web and download driver and PC suite
