i unlocked n95 8gb and it was unsuccessful and credits were lost.and now phone is showing phone startup failed.contact retailer.wht to do help me plz........

restore certificate, that will write damaged pm fileds and restore your phone

restoration is possible only when i have done read certs.is it right?

yes, I'm doing this always before unlock on any BB5 this days to avoid suprises, but your pm should be in backqup folder try to search for it
