DCT4 RPL Problam - GSM-Forum

I am trying to generate DCT4 rpl from UB 'ASK/RPL manager'
but when I press generate key Software hang on Connecting to server: US2

hehr is log file

MCU Nokia Version: 1.124, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.42, and up to date.
Connecting to server: US2

what is the problam
UB Team please solve this
