help for unlock p1 (EPOC) i have (send log) is ok . i need request log

operation stoped in

MCU Ericsson Version: 1.262, and up to date.
SMCU Ericsson Version: 1.62, and up to date.
Please turn on the phone while pressing the C key!
Entering UMTS mode...

for boot phone i press boton @

plz solution for solved the problems
