How to check the box if BB5 and DCT4 SL2 activated or not ?? - GSM-Forum

I bought a Universal Box second hand. It is full working and I unlocked some phone. But I'm not sure if it is BB5 and DCT4 SL2 activated or not. How to check that ?? The seller have no idea about it.
