hi sir
i have 2 ub boxes
1. shehrose
2. gsmsoft

my one box is dead "gsmsoft" and 498 logs in it.
i dont know when it come back to me i sent it to reseller for replacement.
so i want to use my that box's logs in my othes box "shehrose"
so please tell me how.
I conect to reseller he try but problem not solved.

The credits are assigned to your account.
So if you change box, you dont lost any credit.
You must only registee the new box with same acc.

i cant wait for new box when it come back.
but i want to use my credits.
box dead its not my fault its manufactuar fault.
so i need attention form support.

1. they can transfer credits for you if you contact them ..
2. the fastest way ..... one UB box can use several accounts ... just change user name and password, then u can use another account on ANY box ...
