when i try to un lock w810 with smarcard, error -000244CA ,

please I have the same problem, when try to unlock, said : error 000244CA , I don't know why... I'm using the Universal Box and the gadget that coming with the box.plese help ...

Check Bettery ,If it Fully Charged or Not,then try again,
