Hello Support i purchase your box a year ago and stop using it since i damage the USB cable and charger that came with it, since i haven't been able to do anything with the box i always get the error shown in the picture below, i have try several different usb cables like 20 or so and none seems to wok i need professional support on this issue or tell me that i need to buy a new expensive box and trow this one away.
