phone unlocking is a new thing for me and been doing it only one month. I have found it hard to find basic instructions on typical things. So much so i have started making my own instruction folder.

I can do most basic things now and the universal box is a little easier than the other equipment i use.

However, i am struggling to find information on imei using universal box and also flashing. Where do we get the flash files for one thing?? I have been looking on this forum and noticed these basic questions been asked several times and others too but no one that i can tell has yet answered this simple questions. (universal box product supporter you have been asked this several times re imei in particular db2020-can you help?).

Could anyone please advise the BASIC instructions (remember in beginners language please!) for using the imei functions and also any instructions for the basics? IE, like my folder im creating: 1. plug cable in phone, ensure phone is off. 2. boot up program. 3 click identify...etc etc etc.....

All phone unlocking providers offer poor or no initial instructions and its very frustrating when your just starting unlocking. (Im one fo the only places unlocking where i am and there is plenty of work so im trying to learn asap but as my business incorporates other products and services, without instructions its taking me much time to read through all the forum notes which im finding difficult while trying to cope with my usual workload).

The universal box 'manual' consists of just installation and update settings and offers no using guide at all.

Im sure MANY viewers of this thread will benefit. And also, my business there are many staff-having these instructions are a valuable training tool.
