My account has not get activated ub team plz help

SIR I HAVE PURCHASED UB ON 16TH JANUARY MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT ACTIVATED YET I CANT LOGIN ,I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE SET UP EXE PLZ HELP I HAVE A SET UP OF 2.8.4 ITS SHOWS EXTRACTION FAILED
SO PLZ HELP VERY URGENT

No friend he registered the box in front of me i have typed the e mail id my user name and password but still i didnt receive the mail

the File is Corrupted.Download Latest Setup From UB web site,
