How can i do this got two here and there are both coming up with the "read key lock fail error" is there any other way to unlock these phones? even if it use credits??

yes, you need credits for V3.XX Phones,
20 credits for unlock/repair

realy with all this bad and many activation, I prefer wait and see the figth between team, because you activate a service today, and other box of 50 usd get it free tomorow,
