First Try with Latest Version ,and write Pm with out 308 Value
if still same Problem Make Back up first

1:Erase
2:Full Flash
3:Make SX4 auth and write pm without 308 value
Note :if You have still same problem Then You need Only Full Flash again

1- HOW WRITE THIS
1=Pm with out 308 Value??????????
2-Make SX4 auth and write pm without 308 value .????????/

I HAVE PM FILE ==1-N70_rm-84.pm
2-N70_RM-84_2.pm
3-N70_RM-84_rpl.pm
WHICH CAN I WRITE IT......

change the ver its work for u many time it happend with me i try wiith latest ver its work if dont work change the box before someday 6630 dont work with jaff fectery setting fail then i try UFSX its work for me

Hello
here is the 100% solution for all BB5 start up failed.
1.do pm authentication.
2.write a good pm. it will be ok
if after this phone is same condition or phone is local mode failed do following
1.erase phone using 6 erase files one by one in universal box.( also can use jaf or mt )
2.full flash phone
3.then phone will on but imei will be "12345....?"
4.write rpl in any tool (it will lost credit). set will be again "start up failed....."
5.do pm Authenticaion , and write good pm file
set will be ok
