Please Help Ub Software Not Opening - GSM-Forum

Can somebody please help me, my ub software has suddenly stop working, when i click on ub icon on my desktop i get windows error sound and the software doesnt open, i have tried everything like installing and uninstalling software buy still no luck, could someone please help me asap.

thanks for reply, when i connect to ub, it comes up 'universal box' i know its not a hardware fault as the uni box works fine on my home pc, since i did a windows update on my laptop, it has stop working doesnt matter how many times i install or uninstall it.

please help

uninstall drivers of ub from c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers too along with ub software then see the result

as you may already know that the ub program windows still opens without ub box conected. in my case this doesnt happen, when i click on ub icon i just get windows error sound.

if i move my cursor to the ub desktop icon it says 'location: C\Uni\Uninstall i know this is wrong so i also go to the folder uni is install ank click on right icon manually but still the ub program window doesnt open.

Did U Manage To Solve Your Problem? I Uninstall Ub Software And Drivers, Reinstall, But Still The Same. When Clicking Ub Soft Only An Error Sound Occurs. I Reinstalled Windows And Install Ub Soft Again But Still The Same.
