Procedure to make Rest file [TESTED]

Hi guys,

I thought i'd make a bried tutorial on how to make a rest file from UB box as the current system fails at the point of attaching the phone as a drive, there is a scripting error which ive worked out as of now, but below is how i do it,

1. If phone needs a rest file, use UB box and press Make Rest File,
2. When UB box says disconnect phone and attach in drive mode at this point ABORT PROCESS.
3. Now switch on phone normally with working SIM Card and attach to SE PC Suite
4. Click on file manager once your phone has been connected.
5. Navigate to directory Other and here you will find unlocker.b
6. Transfer this to your desktop and save as the REST File name from the clipboard.
7. Now move the REST file to the directory where UB is installed ie ./files/sony ericsson/loaders/UMTS/

Now you can just go back to UB box and press java unlock, you will have a successfull operation.

yes just right click unlocker.b file and press rename, and press CTRL + V and automatically you will rename that unlocker.b file to the one you need, then copy this to your rest folder and enjoy

I have posted maybe 50 rest files that i created from the process above, u see when DRIVE F detaced, you must press abort on universal box, then connect the phone with sim to SE pc suite and browse to directory OTHER and you should find it there. Try and let me know
