sony w 395 not unlocked but credits gone - GSM-Forum

hello friend,
today i try to unlock sony w 395 phone.the credit gone.but the mobile did not unlocked.then i check that the csca server is offline.when will it activated ?please ub team help me soon to activate the csca server soon.because the customer need the mobile very urgently.

hello bro csca service is not working at this time w8 till service online..always remember to check service status before doing any job..and this not a fault of ub team this ur falut.....

today i see that in the service status csca activation is available.so i insert the mobile and press request log.it shows error.but the credit gone twice.my 20 credits were left.so what to do ub team .please help to recover my 20 credits.
