Same problem here trying to read certs on E51 and 5220 xm, cables ok. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

PLEASE LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINS AND RECIPROCATE ATLEAST GIVE US SOME FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS READ CERTIFICATE ISSUE OF 5220 .. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A CABLE PROBLEM ... WORKS FINE WITH JAF HWK AND SHOULD WORK WITH UB AS WELL ... TEST MODE OK LOCAL MODE OK READ PM OK .. FACTORY SETTINGS OK ... ONLY PROBLEM IS READ CERT UKNOWN ID

NB: HOW DO U SAVE LOGS IN UB AS I WOULD LIKE TO PASTE HERE THE LOGS .. AS THERE IS NO COPY POSSIBLE NOR IS THERE A FOLDER WHERE LOGS ARE SAVED LIKE IN SMART CLIP YOU HAVE OPTION THAT ASKS YOU SAVE LOG ?

about ur question on logs just goto ur drive c:/uni folder and look for the log file and there you will find all process logs and copy paste it here
