If i were you mate, i'd jump ship and support a different product, cos once again they have LIED to us!

They said 'monday' and it is next day or 2, in the meantime, ppl are having to refund customers money, and lose face cos this 'support' team are all f.cuking amateurs!

Am I waiting still for solution to w580, for that they receive(charge) credits from something that does not work?
