UB-team: Could you please make it possible to send log from website? - GSM-Forum

AFAIK, only thing sent when sending log, is IMEI/Model name.

It would be really great if you could make it possible to send this info without connecting the phone.

Reason:
1. Customers can tell me IMEI before they send phone to me by post, and i will add it to queue on UB website, and by the time i recieve the phone from customer, log is already calculated.
2. I can even add logs to queue when i'm not at work where my UB-box is.

It would really be fantastic if you could add this option, because in the past the service has been very unreliable so it would be much better if i could calculate log before my customer sends/give the phone to me.

If it's not only imei that is sent, what about making a simple app that creates log file (without need for box, so that customer can use it), and let us add the log to queue by uploading that file to your website.
