UB took 50 credits for k310i unlock,please refund credits - GSM-Forum

Hi i just unlocked a k310i and i had 70 credits after phone was unlocked i now have 20 credits.i dont have the screen shot any info you need contact me with box details.this suppose to be free unlock.this is urgent.thanx wait 4 a reply

hi sir, wat is your phone cid? if cid50, it took 50 credits to unlock

Hi alex it is cid 49 red thats wat i cannot understand why take credits for unlock?Thanx for prompt reply i neva had problem with unibox.good support.please advize?regards b.

this is bad from unibox team to deduct credits for phones where unlock is free.i dont mind paying for phones that require credits for unlocking,but please respond to your customers via email to sort out this matter!

hi sir, i think u tick smartcard.. if cid49 please dun tick use smartcard when unlock, it will cost 50 credtis to do unlock if u check use smartcard. anyway please send pm to "unviersalbox" and ask for refund
