There are many peoples how pay a lots of $$$ for you DB2020 logs why the service not working ???? You plain to give back money ???? You server works bad some days and the peoples lost credits , when you give back ????????????????????????

i think uni team should have decency to let us know were we stand if they are trying to get service back or it is over.
