after installing ub setup, i try to install ub box drivers but when i connect the box always it's being detected as rocker dongle box, what could be the problem and how can i solve it?

Use MPROG, and write UB epp.

Considering I've a ns-pro box unused wondering if i can use mprog to modify in in universal box...
If i can i could just buy the new sim card and use the universal box software with it..

No u can not there is big different in hardware components.
