Universalbox, Please return my credits and activate my box. - GSM-Forum

I bought my Universal Box 1 week ago and what I see in bottom of the box sticker say ACTIVATED!

So after installed today and with success of installation
I tried to unlock 1680c-2b RM:490 version 6.83 then at the end it say I got deducted a 15 credits on trying unlock this model but I suppose to get FULLY ACTIVATED ON ALL ACTIVATION every new Universal Box customers!

and one more thing it still cannot be unlock because it say on the pop windows that I have bad cable or something!
