why u dnt want help me

please i need help

i buy from reseller of u a UB box

and connected to computer with good and more than 5 cable fbus and 2 adapter power with 12 v

and the original one that comes with the box

but same problem

error on voltae as u see at picture that attached

so please please please please I need Help ..... please ,,,

look like communication error, if you have checked all think kindly contact with your reseller or ask about that problem

try it in other pc you may have problem in usb voltage just try in other pc and let us know what it say ...

do you change usb cable from pc to box trye it if not work the best think is to return box to your reseller

yes man i try ... may u think me crazy .... i buy new brand dell computer for this box and check on it and other 23 laptop and 2 pcs in many windows version but same problem

i waanna be cry what i must do .... please

just go back to your reseller and ask him for exchange

yes he has try in another pc
really i don't know where is problem can be battery inside box but if you open your box will gone i tell you return it and take other one
and javvad has tell you that
