Thx for reply,

tested with 6100, 3100, 3200, 8310, 6600

with this phones its impossible to Check, and Power half of all this go in Test Mode, i dont know if its good mode or not (with UFS its go in Local Mode)

I tested software on XP SP2 and XP Pro SP2, last version and previous.

Reading with UFS 100% OK, but with DCT4 Direct, i only go Errors :

- Restarting power . . . Error 2!

- Restarting power . . . Error 2!
Request not accepted !

- Checking phone . . . Request not accepted!

- Checking phone . . . Request not accepted!
Error 3!

and also Green Light stay powered (on Power failed)

ok, firstly the curent version doesnt support the 6600, thats asic 5....

if the cables work 100% with ufs ok and you have tried everything we spoke of before, then i would say POSSIBLE box error...keep trying though, cos even with 0x003 errors etc etc the box will eventually work ok! Also, ty holding the cable hard in the back of the phone, try pressing power button during functions, or even maybe try to connect charger to phone throughout duration of process!

You said that u had tried it on 3pc's, well try and format 1 of them with xp pro sp2 and make sure that dct4direct is the ONLY thing u run on that pc, i feel it has a conflict somewhere, but dont know where, so try a fresh machine, also, what processor are you running? I know that some softwares dont run vey well on 64bit machines, maybe this could also be the problem....do9wnload the latest vesion of software and run it again, possible corupted software...if all that fails, then im sorry, i have no ideas left...at the moment anyway..

ooh, 1 last idea, when you first press check or whatever you press first, press it THEN connect phone to cable....maybe a boot form the box will help it along

thats all i got

Regards
