add cl75 support - GSM-Forum

i have here over 60 cl75 phones and really wish to flash them to change languaje and 5 of them ar also operator locked

this phone will NEVER be supported by SST since it's not a Siemens Platfoem but biult by AD, Analogue Device Platform so only code calculation unlocks it, i believe code will also activate or change language! i bet Infinity will be first to support this model!
