hi..i have one cxt 70 which it came to me dead and there is no communication with computer....can u please tell me where too look to repair phone? i think it's a hardware problem....

Your question seems like "my car is not working! Tell me what to do?" :-)
And there is no universal answer for that.
You can try to connect the phone to the software with test point.
If the phone needs hardware repair please send it to someone that can repair it as there are needed some skills, knowledge and equipment different from SST dongle to do this.
