If your computer shuts down, this means 3rd party software which can be used to manipulate your UFS or HWK firmware has been used on your computer.

This is the Official HWK Support forum, and is for users of HWK who use the product in a normal manner, your post was edited since I would like to keep this section clean for normal HWK users and do not want discussions of ways around this here.

but after that i downloaded from official support site.

my another problem arrise after intalling new update UFS_Suite_Setup_v03.04.000.exe
UFS_DCTxBB5 / UFS_SAMs get disconnected autometically since i have og ufs-3 box without HWK attack on it

This is the HWK Support Area, this release is for use with UFS+HWK, v3.0.3 was the last version to work with UFS alone.
