Hint for users who do not know how to setup port forwarding or how to set these firewall software rules correctly.

Make sure Preferences/Connection/Enable UPnP port mapping is enabled in the µTorrent software
Enable UPnP in your router
Enable Windows Firewall as well as your firewall, most firewall software will work inconjunction with the windows one
Reboot your PC

now test the torrent system.

The above will enable windows to open ports in your router and all should work without issue.

The method is a little in-secure but will allow most users to work with the torrent system without being an expert in networking.

Odia.

To Fractalizer

Hallo,
I have been working with HWK for a long time.
This was avery good move and I think it will get improved.Let's help each other!!
One question:I have a lot of files that were downloaded before from support area.I have them in an external hard drive.
Please can you advice me hot to make new torrent for those files and share them from my external HD?In this case I will raise my ratio very much!
What are the trackers that I should add,and if I can add those files with one move.
I mean not to make one by one each file, because they are so many...
Thanks a lot!

I have 16 downloads in the category "inactive".They all have a green arrow upwards, and status"seeding".
But nobody gets them!In this case, when I log in to support area,I get the message that I have too few seeding torrents.I have pressed "force start" and "start",and still the same.
What can I do for this?

MIrelle has it's internal security systems. I can see from logs, that 40+ accounts were already closed automatically because of security breach attempt.

These accounts will not be open again and these users will need to purchase new HWKs if they still want support.

They will be requested from your torrent as soon as somebody will request them from Mirelle and their uTorrent will start looking for sources. Just leave files seeding.

Today I left HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.07.00.exe file seeding and went for a walk. To my returning I seeded about 300Mbs at this only file
