how to enter in support area - GSM-Forum

Im new user of hwk+n-box I got before 5 days but I cant enter in support area, please can you help me for the right procedure .....

install hwk suite and connect your box run dctx or sdbx and click "connect" and click "support".. And download evrything you need.. But remember you need to download what is important because you are allow only to download 10 files per day..

follow these instruction carefully

install the box drivers from the main setup cd that came with the box

download and install the following hwk suite version in the order

1. HWK_Suite_Setup_v2.0.5.exe
2. HWK_Suite_v02.05.001.exe
3. HWK_Suite_v02.05.002.exe
4. HWK_Suite_v02.05.003.exe
5. HWK_Suite_v02.05.004.exe
6. HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.05.005.exe
7. HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.05.006.exe
8. HWK_Suite_v02.05.007.exe
9. HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000.exe
10. unistall completely the box drivers (use your unistaller to remove hidden registry that might remain)
11. Install the box with the drivers in hwk directory
12. run hwk update client
13. run sedbx or lg_gsm (make sure you connect)
14. open the official hwk support area shortcut on your desktop or click support button on either sedbx or lg_gsm

I cant enter in support area I do everey thing but when I try to enter I have all the time DATA CORRUPTED

Ned help I cant download anything...
