if you do a delete any bb5 imei going to hurt you is corrupt imei 123456789

bro first create backup then select 5800 erase but imei 1234567890.

if you backup all certificates & then restore in the end will the imei still be 1234567.....?

but why you want to erase?
what problem you are facing?
after erasing you will damage its imei

i now after erasing will damage its imei 123?

use 256mb erase file by kashi4gul , try to search in forum u'll able to find d erse file.

place that erase file on ppm & flash ur phone, it will erase d complete flash of d mobile.

Some time ago i was try to do it with different ways - but FAILURE!

it depends on what phone you have under your hands, firstly you must make backup cert and pm with UFS and another tools to be sure you have the right backup of your IMEI+superdongle and simlock but for the second condition (backup PM) your phone must enter in local mode.

if you erase a died phone with only backup cert without backuping PM (specially field 308 and 120 if exist) you will lost your simlock validity and also your superdongle but dont worry ;);) you can repair superdongle for all phone models (PA_SL1+ PA_SL2 + PA_SL3) for simlock you can repair it only for PA_SL1+ PA_SL2 but with other tools.

if you have an nokia (PA SL1 + PA SL2 ) so you can with any problem erase ........flash, write eno file if exist write backup pm and cert.

if you have an Nokia PA_SL3 i will not advice you to make erase operation even if you have full backup imei and PM.

what is the state of phone first time you maked your backup? maybe imei was damaged since the beginning.
