to remove the user code in k800 just do the RES Unlock button, with or without battery ?

are u sure man?i didnot try with hwk but u canot do anything with se phones without battery

just try to reset user code with XS++ Darwin or XS++ Crystal , with DCU60 cable .
Tested and proven with few DB2020 .

just click on gdfs info on boot and then boot ur code would be show

use the res unlock button with battery and now the user code lock is 0000.

well
The correct mode is:
1- Boot Phones (all) without Battery\
2- Now Put Battery and flash res user code etc etc ( rest of all processes )!
