all is explained in odia's post get phone info using a usb cable phone on then qcdi info using rj45 cable
e210 cable phone off

First power on phone and tape:
*#782872# to get qualcomm mode
qo to hwk samsung mode and tick qualcomm mode
from list find your phone
connect phone with usb to your computer
after that click info
when all ok
click on qucdi info
connect the phone to hwk with a rj45 cable(e210 cable)
and whait for the codes

When I have halped you youst click Thanks button

but E210 cable it's another connector...

So use phone <-> box (not usb) cable with fit to Your phone model

sorry for wrong topic...,but I don't know that S3650 have different connector as S7070...on this forum I found info that S7070 may be unlocked by choosing model S3650...therefore I decided to write here about troubling unlocking S7070

I have the same problem with S3650, other qualcomm models (incl. other S3650) working ok.

Use ns pro E210 cable and usb cable from phone. Folow Odia instructions and wait for codes. Have patience, sometimes take 10 min. to caculate codes.(for S5230)
