hi pls help me i use new version hwk now bb5 can flash but it can not reboot phone to power on and can not full factory defaults pls help me i use org it can register pls tell me how to do hwk team

do you have orignal hwk or patch...........................?
coz if you patch killer then its might be problem............ coz many people kill there phones by new version by using killer.............
use any other tool to revive your phone...
or use the 3.01...................

2. if dont have such model in dctx v201 flash with phoenix 2006

i have same probream i use original HWK.but i can revive phone with JAF and ufs 2.01 . i don,t no?...... please

I have same problem too... I have trial hwk..but 2.01 was working fine.. but 2.02 killed 6680 + 6280 + Samsung X640... I think 2.01 is the best now..

Seems there are two types of original users:-

1. The original user who does not care for patched software and does not even bother to try it.

2. The original user who is curious to see what the patched software does and then infects their system with patched software.

i've already posted but here i post again about HWK , that its working fine with ORIGINAL HWK using v3.02 and working fine with Patch v3.01. to flash BB5 there are some pre-cautions.

1) you can use Patch upto v3.01 but don't use it with V3.02.
2) Always Uncheck AUTO CNT options from top-right side.
3) Always use check button to check the status of Handset because there are 2 flash ic CMT & APE.
4) using Check read carefully that both Flash IC are booted OOk or not.
5) Always Flash your handset with Same or Higher version. Don't use Lower version.
6) if u don't know about version then Always use Latest version available on Support.
7) Try to understand messages while you are flashing your handset. and be littel bit logical.

I hope these will help you all.

i flash many of phones after last update....

Odia, I ve never patch or run patch on my pc, but 2.0.2 kILLED my N70 but 2.0.1 Revived it.
Try to check once more the latest setup.

Rumors regarding New HWK 3.02 killing BB5 phoneas is TOTALY UNTRUE!
I personally had tested this with my original HWK on the following model :
6630 , 6680 ,6270 , 6280 , N90 and other DCT4 / WD2 all WORKING !

Always use the latest phoenix version and clean installation is a must!

Better try it before you make your judgement!

I mean on THIS PC.My main PC.I ve never Run Patch on this Machine, My Main machine, not on my other machine where I run anything.
May be I didnt make it clear.
