Yes it is in Sam_Ufs_14x, and you need use the rigth cable not A300. All your questions on how to unlock and cable pinouts have been posted allready, use search.....

yes by using e860 cable then choose c200 and press unlock

Pins 8,11 (GND) shorted in serial data cable

Some sources reports that +5v should be connected to pins 1,2, to pin 5 via 1N4148 diode, to pin 6 via R=1kOhm. (unconfirmed)

ufs use different cables x660 is not e860

Com cale is the same for both models

You can easily unlock x660 with e860 UFS cable.
