here are few Pre-Cautions for using any SonyEricsson Module of HWK.

1) 1st of All you shld have original HWK.
2) 2nd must have latest software version v2.0.6.
3) 3rd Bettery Should be Fully Charged.
4) Remove Bettery from Fone, and Re-attach it.
5) Connect Software (ATRz, KZF, RTP) with your UFS.
6) Press GO (sometime need to press RSA to remove RSA).
7) Attach Cable with Fone Connnector Firmly.
8) Phone will start Booting. if any Problem Remove and Re-Attach Bettery don't Unplug Cable.

You Phone will Successfully Boot.

Take Care
ENJOY

RAM loader failed would suggest that the RAM (Flash IC) is bad.

It could be RAM(FlashIC) problem but do one thing before you open the fone just uncheck "High Speed Flashing Option" in ATRz and try againt to boot fone because i also get same problem with 2~3 fones and when i uncheck "High Speed Flashing" Fone connect properly, Unlocked Successfully, Flashed Successfully.

Sounds like we may need to force 460800 for J220 for more stable operation.
