My Reseller is not in the list ! - GSM-Forum

i have purchased UFS HWK with cable set from RESELLER Krinovate communications Baroda, Gujrat, India.. when i tried for registration at http://www.ufsxhwk.com/chek.php, couldn't find my reseller's name in list.. but this reseller is already in AUTHORISED DEALERS ...

Plz help me how i can register and use support area ..

The Resellers list that you see is official. May be your Reseller is a dealer who purchaces HWK from any one of these Resellers and then selling out HWk in your area, so need not to worry contact him for all future problems. And for Support Area just Connect any HWK module and click on "SUPPORT" which is FREE.

ya you are right that i can access support aread by SUPPORT ion HWK MODULE ...
i didn't get any cd or dvd with my purchase..
so i need to download many new flash files.. and for that i have to connect constantly UFS HWK with USB port.. and it is getting hot .. so i m worried for any damage in my box..

is there any other way so i can register my original hwk ufs box and use support area.. ??

No need to keep on connect UFS while downloading, Only to enter Support Area for once you need to Connect Box and then press "Support". After that you can dissconnect your Box. then you can download files but Internet connection should not be interrupted in between otherwise you will again need to connect Box and enter SUPPORT through it.

For ufsxhwk.com you need to contact any Official Reseller.

One thing is strange that you told that you didn't get any CD's with your purchase!!! Contact your Reseller and ask him CD's which comes with HWk for free for complete setup with flash files. I think 7 cd's are coming with every purchase.

cd's not always provided, it depends the way tools they travel (duty, different countryes) most of users have dsl or same speed connnection so is more confortable download for example, i'm from italy and receive imported box with apac files , these are unusable for me , so on for suites updates etc etc. important u have fully funcional box

But here in India on purchase of HWk CD's are given free, may be some dealers not providing CD's for free of cost in some areas. Also that CD's can be buied seperately at very economical rates from any Dealer or Reseller.

Krinovate he is well know and nice reseller.. if u request or meet personally i guess he can provide and solve ur problem

other way is to buy paid support area of hwk u can contact munna and search sticky post..

i have slow internet connection ( download speed is 3 to 4 kbps ) ... so its not comfortable for me that whenever i need flash file, i go to support area and download flash file..now a days flash file size are bigger than dct3 , & my internet connection is slow and disconnect frequently... so its pay and buy ready firmware cd/dvd is easy for me... plz can anyone provide me a link or address where i can buy all dct4 ,dct 4+ and bb5 model's flash files cd/dvd ? ..
