Which software are you using? Try running SAMS two or three times, see if it works.

UFS Suite 2.0 fixes this if you are using older program versions.

Just do a reflow on the pcb and that normally gets them working again, unless you have not soldered the HWK directly into the UFS box, in which case you will 100% get NOT FOUND!!

If you also have the equipment, check the soldering of the legs on the ATMega as already suggested because some are not made very well

Even though hwk fits tightly onto pins you still need to solder each pin to hwk.

If you read back up the thread, you will see that this can be caused by a poor or missing connection onto one of the pins to the Atmega CPU on the UFS PCB. Soldering the pins on the HWK is pointless, the sliding connections between the header and the socket on the HWK PCB are reliable in 99.9% of parts. It might just be a poorly seated CPU in its socket, lifting it out and reseating it may help here.

Dear brother WolfMan,,,,,
Thanks you very much for your help.

I resoldered 28 pins of ATMEGA8L CPU socket.
I removed ATMEGA8L and refixed.
16 pins of HWK are connected very well with my Powerflasher PCB.

May I know the remaining area which I need to check.

Thanks you very much again....

Please help me. . .

I can only suggest tracing the connections (by eye and some guesswork) and seeing if any do not reach where it appears they should.

I originally could not get mine to work (Twister as UFS base hardware) but it was actually due to early software and HWK module resets not happening because of it.

Can you try the HWK in another UFS box?

Dear brother WolfMan,,,,
Thanks you so much.

I think " HWK not attached " problem is not our ( our means customer ) falt.
This is may be production error.
These things and boxes are without quality check. ( may be )

Now most of the UFS user are getting problem.

Sarasoft shall support service manual or repairing hints for UFS box and HWK I think.
Because shopkeeper could not support very well.
They don't know which one has falt. ( UFS or HWK )
And they don't want to give money back.
After sale HWK, shopkeeper shut their *****.

As for me, very difficult to resend to shopkeeper.
I live in Myanmar and I bought it in Thailand.

And I have only one Powerflasher box.
I have no chance to test with other UFS box.

Sarasoft made me alot of crying day.

I trust them and I bought their things.

Now I could not solve and they did not try to solve product error.
They did not support very well to customers.

Sarasoft shall announce how to solve "HWK not attached" problem.

If you have other way, please may I know..

Have a nice everything
