When i buy a Car like Audi and i have problem with it i can go to every Audi-Dealer and get help.

When i buy MT-Box i get help from all Product-Supporters...

Whats wrong here ?

Good strategy to lost Customers... Why you are Product Supporter ???? Only for your own Customers ? Then pls go and make your own Forum where you can call you "Produkt Supporter"
