UNIT: Samsung S3500

DIAGNOSTIC: Phone lock code...

TOOLS:

HWK BOX

NM_20 pin cable

SOLUTION:

Open SAMs GUI

Connect

Select "Trident" tab
Select phone model(S3500)

Tick "Mobile Info"
Phone should be powered on before connecting the phone to nm_20 rj45 cable

Disconnect phone and enter the code manually...
