Offcourse you need to upgrade HWK Only.

Box Firmware needs to be upgraded only if you have some problem with UFS firmware.

You may move on bt only upgrading HWK with Update Client.

As you need to upgrade HWK, you must contact the person you bought HWK from.

Sir, my customer have problem , he already update hwk into suite 2.0.9 and when try to connect in dctx bb5 then appear error " none outhorized copy of software detect please use original install package " then try to repair install software by repair option cannot help, then when try to update again with update client 2.09 then appear " all ok,not necessary to update hwk ! You will loser a server log , proceed anyway " then i ask him to klik no first, so i post his problem in here , hope can get solution from supporter .... Thanks

Run 80 Mb setup an cancel before Finish all fix..!
