Cannot Unlock my401v and my200c

Hi?
I have tried unlocking the 2 phones mentioned above, as it is my first time using SagDD, but I get the following error:

PROBLEM: Bootloader failed.

I am using Sagem E-Gold unlocker v8.1 and have the Sagem AC101 usb-to-serial cable.

When I try with the older v7.5, the phone is detected well, but powers on when the meter reaches 97.7%. Is there anything that I can do to be able to unlock these 2 phones or do I need to use TP? If yes, where can I get the TP diagram for them, or what can I do?

What message you get form server when process bar goes to 97.7% ?

Are you check phones before start unlocking ?
Sim Locked or Phone Code shows on phone display (with / without card) ?

The my401v is asking for pay T Lock.

1. Remove the battery and then insert it again!
2.Press Power ON shortly!

When I press power on shortly, the bar goes to 97.7% and then just stops, and the phone powers on, and there is no error message from the server.

Sent me IMEI of both phones, box S/N and user name via PM!!!

Problem solved... I just managed to get the unlock code for the my401v. I set the baud rate to 19,200, and then tried it again, and it has given me the unlock code, and I entered it and it asked me to wait 30 seconds, and it has worked.

Use speed auto and check direct unlock. It's more faster!

You are wrong!
SagemDD_V7.5 wiil give you unlock code on all speeds!!!
But direct unlock is possible only with Speed Auto.
Your problem is poor I-net connection.
You has lost connection with server during booting procedure.
Server has got data from your phone only once!

yes, I had tried that option, and also checked 'direct unlock' but it wasnt doing it, but I guess I now know the tricks round it.

it is my first time using SagDD, so I am learning 'on the job'. I agree I have poor internet speeds, so maybe that is also adding to my problems, but it is OK, and now I know what to do.
