Cant open com port - GSM-Forum

Hello i try to use my sagem jtag with a sagem c5-2
and the message is failed to read emei
when i use sagem tool the message is unable to open com port (win error code : 2)
what can i do to unlock my c5-2

"Failed to read IMEI" - this means communication error.
Check :
- selection of correct connector (myC2 type);
- selection of correct comm speed (Auto);
- cable wiring;
- phone system connector;

i have this message seting phone speed failed
