i have searched in the support area and sagdd website support for test points but there is nothing.if you have the answer just let me know.

Good support is not ONE WAY.

So, post details about myC2-4 to [email protected].
Check MCU type.
Make photos with good quality on both sides of pcb.
Read phone info with SagDD (connect box to phone with old cable without TP)

Then we will tell you what is solution.
