Myz-5-PROBLEM Failed read IMEI! - GSM-Forum

I have one MYZ-5 for unlock, JTAG reads it to 10% and than Tthis message appears: "PROBLEM Failed read IMEI!".
test point ad. is ok,the connections are ok.
I tried with SagemDD_v2.5 and SagemLOGGER_1.3,it was the same.
Why this message? what can I do?

I tried all the possibilities,now the next message appears:

i have exactly the same problem. I have 2 dongles and no luck to read imei or something else.
I tried 98, XP, NT .... Nothing ... Dongle is well detected but no way to make connection with phone ...

Hope can solve this problem.

PROBLEM: Setting phone speed failed means not connected phone, bad serial connector, bad cabe or brocken resistor(51-100 OM) in dongle!

today same problem,do you know how i solve it,change computer in XPsp2 do not work for me in SP1 work well,why ? i do not now,but work,try it ?

put accepted sim card
change speed in menu 19200
try to read

I succesfull read and unlock myz5

My S/N xxxxxxx
I have good connection with my computer,but if cable or dongle problem is not my fault,that means I have to change the dongle.
I unlocker till now one myx1-trio,this one for second phone for my dongle.
if it is the dongle or cable problem, would have been a problem with all types? or just some of them?

Try to do log with SagemLogger_V1.1.

I actived speed 192000 from meniu,but the same.

If you can unlock X-1 , the problem is not in dongle!
