Upgrade JTAG clone to JTAG original - idea... - GSM-Forum

I've just upgraded my old SCRI to JTAG but without new updates and log support it's not so interesting... it would be a good deal for both users and JTAG team, if were possible to update this clone boxs to original boxs (like UFSx box)... Don't you think?

100% agree. i dont think this replacement idea wouldnt br fair for original donle owners.

The world itself is not fair.

I totally support this.
Prodigy did it, Griffin did it, UFS did it.
Its simple: the clone box owners pay some amount of money to upgrade to have support for original. (In the long run, they even pay more).
The difference being that they dont need to pay another shipping.

firstly pay more for original as far as we knew we were getting originals its not our fault theres suppliers out there ripping jtag off and even then the price for clone was same as real one is

so all in all a user left with a clone box that doesnt do any thing its supposed to will in fact be paying out more than the original because they would have no choice but to pay for the upgrade to real box

im strongly for it jtag do it !

If you want to upgrade to origina then no problem

throw your clone rubbish away and buy an Original Device from any reseller

well if no upgrade option then surely there should be a way to stop folk selling clones to inocent customers as real devices
