the cable and test point not conected but the led of rx is power!!!!!!!!
the dongle is damage or what?
please help me

Your box is in perfect condition.
Read old manual firstly.
Connect cables and TP, set Phone speed AUTO (for my100X - 115200), Do the Job.

withe this speed 115200 ihave field to read imei
and with speed auto i have

Man, read proper thread here.
Your TP adapter is bad! Check it or solder wires.
Your problem discused here over 100 times!
